Tons does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not
being available for use. TONS will not be liable for lost profits, loss of business or other consequential,
special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if TONS or a representative of Tons has been advised of the
possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party. Customer agrees that any liability related to
the purchase or attempted purchase of products, not liable or responsible for any amount of
damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase(s) under this agreement.
F) ACCURACY OF INFORMATION AND TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
Product information and specifications have either been provided by manufacturers, distributors or other
industry suppliers. TONSofTONER.com makes every effort to ensure that the material and pricing on this web
site is accurate; TONSofTONER.com makes no representations or warranties, expressed or implied as to the
accuracy or reliability of any information provided on this Web Site. In the event a product is listed at an
incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or an error in pricing or product
information received from our suppliers, TONSofTONER.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any
orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. TONSofTONER.com shall have the right to refuse or
cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your
credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, TONSofTONER.com shall
immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
G) ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation from TONSofTONER does not signify our
acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. TONSofTONER reserves
the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. TONSofTONER
reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less
than the quantity you ordered of any item. Orders placed over $1500.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval
with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud department. We may
require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
H) LINKS
The TONSofTONER.com site may contain links to other internet sites, which are owned or operated by other
3rd parties. You acknowledge that TONSofTONER.com is not responsible for the content and/or operation of
any such site which it may be linked to.

Other Policies
A) SHIPPING PROCEDURES
All shipments are based upon stock availability. All in-stock items can be shipped Ground, 2nd Day Air, or
Next-Day Saver. Same-day shipping is available on any in-stock item on all orders placed by 4:00pm Pacific
Standard Time, Mon-Fri (some restrictions may apply). We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. We cannot
deliver to PO Boxes due to shipper restrictions. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time. We
do not ship to freight-forwarding companies.
B) TAX
TONSOFTONER is located in the State of Arizona and is only obligated to withhold 8.8% sales tax
for delivery within this state unless you are tax exempt. You will not be charged tax if you live outside of Arizona.
Tax may need to be charged on some shipments to Florida or Californina which we would let you know beforehand.
C) TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Any tech support questions beyond the content provided in this site should be directed to the manufacturer
in accordance with their terms and conditions.
D) BACKORDERS
If an order is placed for any item not in stock, TONSOFTONER will place the item on backorder and
will be shipped when the item becomes available via Ground shipping. A backorder may be cancelled at any
time prior to shipping by contacting us via E-mail: custsrv@tonsoftoner.com provided it was not a special-
order item(s).
E) TRADEMARKS
Tons of Toner is a US registered trademark of Laser Grafix, Inc. All rights reserved. Use of this trademark is
forbidden unless written permission has been given by Laser-Grafix, Inc. All other listed brand / manufacturer
names, trademarks, and logos are the property of their respective owners/holders. Tons of Toner is in no way
affiliated, sponsored or endorsed by these trademark owners, their affiliates, or dealers.
F) PAYMENT METHOD
TONSOFTONER accepts the following major credit cards - MasterCard, Visa, American Express,
and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make a purchase. Your credit card will be
billed upon processing of order. Please provide the exact billing address and telephone number your credit
card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may delay your order. Customers on net terms
acknowledge that TONSOFTONER may charge the credit card they placed on file to receive terms if their
open balances become past due and we have not received payment.
G) DISCLAIMER
Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms of the
manufacturers warranty, if any. TONSOFTONER is not responsible for typographical errors in any
pricing columns; prices are subject to change without notice. TONSOFTONER will not be held responsible
for any errors with respect to information concerning ordered products and will not be liable for incidental,
consequential or special damages.
