1) Linda--I received the toner around noon. Thanks so much for taking the time to call me back and suggest a functional substitute for the Apple-branded cartridge that seemed to be out of stock nationwide!
I always suspected that this type of cartridge was used in other brands of printers, but I didn't know specifically which one was equivalent to the Apple-branded one. All these years I could have been buying the cheaper IBM cartridge, but I'd never met anyone who knew this much about toner cartridges. You guys did, and you got our business! I will definitely keep you in mind for future toner purchases.
