A) SHIPPING PROCEDURES
All shipments are based upon stock availability. All in-stock items can be shipped via UPS-Ground or UPS-Next-Day Saver. If any shipment is refused, a $30 fee will be charged to your account. Same-day shipping is available on any in-stock item on all orders placed by 4:00pm Central Standard Time, Mon-Fri. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes due to shipper restrictions. Current published shipping rates do not apply to Alaska and Hawaii - please call or email for shipping quote. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time. We do not ship to freight-forwarding companies.
B) TAX
TONS-OF-TONER.COM is located in the State of Indiana and is only obligated to withhold 6% sales tax for delivery within this state. You will not be charged sales tax if you live outside of Indiana.
C) TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Any tech support questions beyond the content provided in this site should be directed to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms & conditions.
D) BACKORDERS
If an order is placed for any item not in stock, TONS-OF-TONER.COM will place the item on backorder and will be shipped when the item becomes available via UPS Ground. A backorder may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping by contacting us via E-mail: custsrv@tonsoftoner.com.

TONS-OF-TONER.COM accepts the following major credit cards - MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make a purchase. Your credit card will be billed upon processing of order. Please provide the exact billing address & telephone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may delay your order. Customers on net terms acknowledge that tons-of-toner.com may charge the credit card they placed on file to receive terms if their open balances become past due and we have not received payment.
H) DISCLAIMER
If goods purchased from TONS-OF-TONER.COM are being purchased for the purpose of export, purchaser must obtain certain export documentation from the Federal Government before shipping to a foreign country. Manufacturers' warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null & void. Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
